Who We Are

We’re a group of grad and undergrad students who’ve been through the same housing headaches — scams, endless group chats, and way too many confusing listings. We built Uniloft to make the process easier for ourselves, and for every student who comes after us.

Uniloft connects students with verified off-campus housing options. Students can post subleases and rental listings, and other students can browse them — simple, safe, and built around what matters most to you. Whether you’re subletting for a semester or locking in a full lease, Uniloft keeps the search stress-free and student-focused.

Our Vision

We’re not just about finding a place to live — we’re building a student housing community. We’re launching first at Rutgers University in Spring 2026, with plans to grow nationwide — from Rutgers to UCLA, from Harvard to the University of Miami.
